More About Verity -

My name is Verity and I am a McFly fan.  There, I said it!  So now that I’ve got that out of the way let me tell you a bit about myself.

My name is Verity (oh, you know that already) and I am 21 years old.  I have been a member of Hemel Hospital Radio since December 2004 and until then, never knew talking into a big piece of foam and twiddling lots of shiny knobs could be so much fun!

I started as an assistant at the Rock ‘n’ Roll Pizzeria Towers, but now also present my own show – Tea Time Tastic – where for two hours I enjoy myself playing fantastic music (see what I did there?!)

My favourite band is The Cooper Temple Clause.  My legs tingle just mentioning their name!  I also have a slightly unhealthy obsession with Dexy’s Midnight Runners!  I spend as much time as possible listening to music and go to gigs as often as I can.  I’m pretty much up for seeing any band so if you ever need a gig buddy I’m your girl!

I play the piano and trombone (and harmonica, bongos, tambourine and triangle!)  I can juggle, wear stripy socks a lot and have a rather large collection of silly hats.  So, until I run away and join the circus, join me on Tuesday evenings, 6-8pm, for Tea Time Tastic!
