"Live Without A Net". Americana, singer songwriter and contemporary folk with no frills. Featuring the extended live album slot and those forgotten tracks that come directly after the hits. 

Ever since I was a young buck running a heavy metal roadshow back in the Seventies (remember them?) I've always wanted to have my own radio show. Now I've got one, and I can't believe my luck. Playing two hours of music that I play at home and interspersing it with info about the artists that hopefully bring them to life. Makes a change from talking to myself about them at home.

By day I work in the world of corporate communications and intranet, but at weekends I become the master of my own decks. Haven't quite got the hang of it all so far, but try to keep mistakes to a minimum, and bet you can't spot them when they happen. Well then again......but it all adds to the excitement of presenting a live show. 

"Live Without A Net" features the best of the Americana genre with a few surprises thrown in. So don't be surprised to hear some reggae, rock and world music added to the mix occasionally. I also feature tracks from cd's that I've reviewed for the world's premier Americana website; www.americana-uk.com I sift out the wheat from the chaff, so you don't have to; trust me there isn't a duff track anywhere within the two hours. And if you think there is then ring in and let me know, and maybe I'll put you on air to share your views. 

So tune in, chill out, sit back and relax for two hours of quality music, that you won't hear anywhere else, between 9 - 11am every Sunday morning.
